Alex Martinez was most welcoming and made our trip more than memorable demonstrating his love of Barcelona.

Great apartment and location, comfortable bed, good shower and efficient air conditioning. Alex was very helpful, we were able to leave our cases in his office located next to the apartment and he called a taxi to take us to the airport.

Convient location with spacious balcony. Staff are helpful and price is justificable.

We came with kids, which went to bed relatively early. However, we could spent with my wife all the evenings on the wonderful deck, which is a marvel. The location is ideal, the hosts are very responsible and friendly.

I was last december for 23 nights, they were absolutely fantastic, the apartment is confortable, the terrace is a nice place to enjoy some drinks with the family. The location is perfect so close to P. Gracia, Metro Sation, Bakery, Super core, and great restaurant, Botafumeiro, La Terminal, Oria and Lasarte, Thanks Germán for you attention. Appartement très bien situé et équipé. Terrasse très agréable qui pourrait être agrémentée de plus de verdure afin de protéger du vis à vis des bureaux situés en face.

Very good place to stay, central, clean, new and with all facilities you need.

Estuve un fin de semana y quedé encantado con el apartamento. Es tal cual se ve en las fotografías ya que es un edificio reformado recientemente y se nota. Una pena que no pudiéramos aprovechar la terraza porque hacía mucho frío. Situado a menos de un minuto del Paseo de Gracia, sin duda, cumplió con mis expectativas y las de mi mujer. Repetiría la próxima vez sin dudarlo!

The location was amazing and having a large terrace to enjoy it from was great. Located on the top floor it has plenty of light and it's very quiet. There is a supermarket around the corner, various sushi restaurants and a couple of "panaderias" which make your mouth water. There is also a very quirky hotel right across the main street for a midnight tea. Rambla Catalunya and Passeig Gracia are a 3 minute walk away. And you can walk to all of Gaudi's houses. Also very clean.

Great location! Old, established, not touristy but easily walkable to major attractions. Two blocks to the Metro. Steps away to shops, restaurants. Large, light flat with ENORMOUS private deck (noisy but that's the ONLY downside). Queen sized bed, brand new throughout!

The apartment was immaculate. Roof terrace fantastic. We very much enjoyed our stay. A map and info on local shops/restaurants would have been useful. When renting other properties a complimentary bottle of wine and/or basic groceries have been provided.One dishwasher tablet for 5 days was a little 'stingy'.
