Large apartment with spacious and bright living room and bedrooms. We arrived earlier and after app contact we were able to check in without having to wait until 4 p.m. Fantastic service if you have just completed a long journey! Nice and helpful employees. Hairdryer, shampoo and shower gel provided. As well as a washing machine, dishwasher, oven, hob and dishwasher tablets. Great location wise. Metro within walking distance. Supermarket, restaurants and nice coffee shops around the corner On the last day our plane didn't leave until half past eight in the evening. We were able to leave our suitcases safely in the reception below the apartment free of charge so that we could still go out on the last day of our city trip. Bathroom a bit outdated, shower rod was lame. In addition, very noisy... but what do you want in the middle of Barcelona ;)

We stayed in Seneca White flat (2 adults, 3 kids) for 4 nights. Very nice, clean apartment situated in a fantastic location between the top end of Passeig de Gracia and Gracia district. Smooth check-in and staff very helpful on arrival with maps, directions and advice. Apartment is very well equipped for a short stay or a long stay. Only small issue we encountered was that there are big bins opposite the apartment and lucky for the city the bin collection is frequent but unlucky for us it took place during the middle of the night which was a bit disturbing. It would be good to have coat hooks in the living area or hallway instead of having to hang coats in the bedroom wardrobes. We would definitely recommend this apartment and would definitely book to stay in the apartment again.

Todo maravilloso de principio a fin. Es mi cuarta vez en Barcelona y este fue el mejor hospedaje. La ubicación no la cambio por nada!!!!

Pasamos unos dias increibles, el apartamente esta muy bien ubicado, la atencion al llegar fue impecable, limpieza excelente, cocina muy bien equipada a pesar de que no la usamos, lo unico que no nos gusto es que los colchones tienen un forro protector que pareciera de plastico o similar y suena constantemente cuando duermes, asi que no logre descansar profundamente, de resto todo estupendo....

Myself, husband and adult son stayed in the Seneca White Sept.2-6. The apartment perfect...very clean! We had more than enough room. It was extremely close to everything we did. Alex was more than helpful with any questions we had and explained everything about check-in prior to us arriving. Barcelona is spectacular. Everyone is so nice and helpful. We will definitely stay here again if we are ever lucky enough to return. One thing we did not know...they don't use washcloths like we do,so if you are accustomed to them, stick a few in your suitcase!

Click & Flat provided a very professional service and the accommodation at Seneca Suites in Gracia was excellent. Alex in the Click & Flat office was also very helpful on tips for restaurants and in advising us of strikes that would affect our flight home. Five star service and we will use the company again next time we are back in Barcelona.

Great vacation, very responsive customer service. We locked ourselves out of the apartment once, problem fixed immediately. Could not figure out how to use the dryer, manual was not helpful. Other than that and some smell coming out of the fridge, all was great! Maybe include some beach towels for guests to use, we didn't pack any so we had to buy.

Très bel appartement, très propre et parfaitement bien situé dans le centre ville de Barcelone. Totalement équipé. Seul bémol: si les fenêtres pouvaient être changées par du double vitrage, cela le rendrait parfait car l'on entend beaucoup les bruits de la rue, notamment le ramassage des conteneurs à poubelles situés juste en bas de l'immeuble, entre 23h00 et minuit :-( . Néanmoins je recommande la location de cet appartement.

The location of the apartment was wonderful and when we arrived Melinda was there seconds later to greet us. She was wonderful. We had some questions and she took all the time we needed to explain the washer/dryer and fix a slight problem with the Wifi. The apartment itself was comfortable and spacious enough but the one major problem we had was the noise. The windows in the apartment are very old and did nothing to keep out the draft or the noise, which come evening, was bad. Between the people on the street and what sounded like garbage trucks going up and down the street all night, it was impossible to sleep. I had to sleep with my noise reducing headphones on. With some upgraded windows/balcony doors, the place would be perfect, but that was a deal breaker for us, unfortunately, because other than that, it really was a nice little place.

Great and convenient location to Metro, supermarket, restaurants and shopping. Apartment is clean and well furnished. Minor complaint is the windows are nit well sound proofed and can be slightly noisy in the morning when the recycle and trash trucks are doing their morning collection. Highly recommended and will stay here again if back in Barcelona.

the reasons why we don't give full points are: location is quite noisy (garbage truck in the night emptying glass container, people yelling in the street, work in progress on the opposite building, ...), especially for a location which is not on a main street. first night was terrible, then we got "used" to it ... it was clean enough for accepting without hesitating but it could have been cleaner.

The check-in staff was extremely friendly and well prepared. The apartment has a modern touch in a very old (but renovated) building. Very close to a main Metro station and 10 minutes walk from Plaza Catalunya

The app. was very new,the only thing was the 2nd bedroom, it was to small for 2 beds, you couldn't open the door anymore. And at night there was a lot of noise outside. Though we would hire it a second time.

Wij hadden app. Blanco. Mooi nieuw appartement in eixample. Op goede locatie. In een oud gerenoveerd gebouw. Ruim voor 4 personen, voor 6 te klein! Het enige nadeel, 's nachts geluidsoverlast op straat. Op loopafstand van leuke restaurants en de vele winkels.
