Ways of payment: The remaining amount can be paid in cash, credit card (Visa/Mastercard) or by bank transfer.
Expenses: WIFI INCLUDED. WATER & ELECTRICITY INCLUDED IN THE RENT UP TO 150 EUROS/MONTH. Note: At the beginning and end of the lease, we will get the readings for water and electricity to check the real consumption. If you spent more than the amount agreed, we will deduct the difference from the deposit.
Deposit: We will ask for A TWO (2) MONTHS DEPOSIT by bank transfer and we will refund you 2 weeks after your departure if there are neither damages in the apartment nor any pending payment.
Cleaning service: Cleaning fee amounts to 150 EUROS. The client may hire, at their discretion, a cleaning service for 20 Euros/hour.
