Ways of payment:The remaining amount can be done in cash or by credit card (Visa/Mastercard) at the day of arrival.
Deposit:The deposit has to be done by credit card (Visa/Mastercard) and will be re-deposited at the day of departure or the following working day in case of a Sunday or bank holiday. In exceptional cases, you will be able to pay the security deposit in cash and will be returned on departure day by our agent between 9:00 and 11:00 (service cost 30 euros).
Cleaning service:The client may hire a cleaning service, under express conset of the client.

Lovely spacious apartment & comfy beds. Everything you need for self catering. Good location for walking & close to metro station. Good choice of restaurants & bars nearby. Check-in was easy & David was very nice & helpful. As we checked in after 8pm we were charged €30 euros which I thought was quite a lot. However no problems during our stay apart from the bins get emptied at about midnight each night & also the road sweepers were right outside our apartment & it was quite noisy! All in all it was a lovely city break.

We booked this apartment through air bnb, and it far exceeded our expectations. The location was in the middle of everything, all the sightseeing sites and restaurants were everywhere. I give it 9 points, it was all ok. Just as an Opinion, I would suggest to include also spanish In the communication ( emails x example). The Security Box didn't work properly, it wasn't a problem but it would be better if it works from the first moment.

Everything was great except the cleaner had not been when we checked in. However this was managed really quicky and we went out for a few hours and when we returned all was great. The guy that checked us in was great and really helpful. I would stay at that apartment again and recommend it to friends😊

Really nice place and good location. However, with four adults, the hot water ran out before the third person could finish showering. The fourth person had to wait at least one hour before there would be enough hot water to shower (this was a problem when we had dinner reservations). I also recommend you put the security deposit information upfront on the Booking page. I only learned about it after I got the confirmation email.
